One of these areas is the provision of welding services, an entrepreneur can do this almost alone, with relatively small capacities. However, it should be understood that in this area there are usually quite a few other enterprises that specialize exclusively in welding, in general the level of competition is usually quite high, even in small towns there will be many other companies that are engaged only in welding or even a larger list of additional services, including complex construction work. In this regard, it makes sense to think about opening a company that is engaged not only in welding, but also in some other works, this will allow you to receive income from several sources at once.

A newcomer in this direction will generally have to concentrate on finding customers and earning a reputation at first, and this will not be easy, especially if there are several good companies that do their job well and have been on the market for many years. However, given the considerable demand for this kind of services, work can be missed by all, because both ordinary people and large organizations turn to welders.

To get started, you must register as a business entity. Here you can become just an individual entrepreneur – if you plan a small amount of work and cooperation mainly with private individuals – or you can register your legal entity; the best option is a limited liability company, because here, as in the case of individual entrepreneurship, a simplified taxation system will be available, which involves transferring no more than 6% of revenues or 15% of operating profit to the state. At the same time, LLC is not liable with its own property, and the amount of state duty is only 4,000 rubles. True, opening a legal entity is advisable only in the case of cooperation with medium and large enterprises, as well as with considerable amounts of work. That is, at this stage it is worth deciding on the format of your activity, making a bet on individuals or enterprises. However, the process of registering a business entity is a simple step, because after it is worth getting a membership in a self-regulating organization. To work without joining an SRO is impossible, by law, all firms that offer welding work must be supervised by a special organization. First of all, you need to find a suitable SRO; in general, these are construction self-regulating organizations that unite many companies engaged in very different services. That is, to look for a fairly simple construction SRO, there are quite a lot of them today, even in small towns you can find a company of this kind, but each of them always has its own terms of entry. The general requirement is the need to comply with all the conditions that relate to the implementation of their workflow, that is, a company that wants to become a member of an SRO must have the appropriate equipment, as well as staff, which includes specialists of the chosen profile, having relevant experience and education. At present, it is a self-regulating organization that is responsible for the activities of construction organizations, therefore, it checks them before issuing admission to work. However, each SRO itself determines the amount of contributions that incoming members must pay. In some SROs, a special insurance fund is also being formed, in which any incoming company contributes a certain amount. It can be quite large, on the order of several hundred thousand rubles. There is also an entrance fee, which is usually small. And in some companies there are monthly installments, although it is not in every SRO. In general, before entering into an agreement, it is worth contacting several organizations to decide on the most appropriate, here the entrepreneur has a huge number of opportunities, because an SRO can help a lot in work, because through it you can sometimes find clients or just partners business. In future development, everything will also be much simpler, because, having been working for some years in a well-known company, you can count on some help and simplification of the process of obtaining admission to new types of work.

But back to the welding work. To organize your business, you need to find at least a small office that will act as a representative office of the company.
